If you haven’t seen it, in person, it’s known as the GRAND CANYON. Once this spectacular, ever-changing, vivid event of nature is witnessed, the most smug person is even overpowered by its beauty and magnificence. My wife and I visited the Grand Canyon in September of 2010. Although my wife is not a big fan of boats, the spectacular scenery still inspired her to go with me on a daytime float trip down a smooth portion of the Colorado River. Here are a few of the many pictures I took of our visit and float trip. The pictures are totally inadequate compared to being there. I hope they give you a small sense of its immense grandeur.
