HEAR YE! HEAR YE! 58 YEARS IS LONG ENOUGH…

I’M WATCHING YOU
IT’S TIME FOR YOU PEOPLE
TO STRAIGHTEN UP AND FLY RIGHT !

I know, this article will have the same impact as me standing in my backyard and hollering help to the world, but I got to say…

HEAR YE! HEAR YE! The purpose of this article is to get as many people as possible to vote in every election and to follow 2 simply rules when they vote.

1. If the budget of the United States is balanced, with a surplus, then you vote for the incumbent.

2. If rule number 1 is not the case, then you vote for the incumbent’s opponent. HARK! HARK!  I don’t think it’s right to give a vote of confidence to anyone if they haven’t done their job. Do you?

Here’s some more info about our infamous budget. Per the GeldPress (www.geldpress.com), it’s been 58 years (1957) since the United States has had a balanced budget with a surplus. The surplus in 1957 was $2,223,641,753 and Eisenhower was president. PAY ATTENTION, that’s right; it’s been 58 years since the budget was balanced with a surplus. And, just to keep the record straight, Bill Clinton never had a balanced budget, with a surplus, either (www.geldpress.com). Let’s stop and think for a minute, if Congress and the president can’t balance the budget after 58 years, do you really believe they’ll do any better in the future? FIFTY-EIGHT YEARS IS LONG ENOUGH! Our government needs to stop running a Ponzi scheme to keep Social Security and Medicare solvent and the American economy from imploding.

How do the American voters fix the budget and all the other problems that Washington just can’t manage to get their arms (egos) around? LISTEN TO THIS, TA-DA… WE FIX IT BY VOTING OUR CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT (just the ones up for re-election, of course) OUT OF OFFICE, USING THE 2 SIMPLE RULES I ALREADY MENTIONED. IT’S REALLY PRETTY SIMPLE. IF THEY SCREW UP AGAIN, IN THE NEXT ELECTION, WE REPLACE THEM, AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND SO ON TILL THEY START DOING THEIR JOB! THAT’S HOW WE HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. With an 85% or 90% voter turnout Congress, the president, AND THEIR REPLACEMENTS, will get our message, “If you want to keep your jobs, and all your fantastic benefits, you must balance our budget, with a real surplus (no cooking the books, either), and solve most of our other problems, and solve them quick.”

American voters need to be relentless with this 2 step voting procedure. American voters need to stay informed! The only way we can hold Congress and the president accountable for their action, or lack of action, is with an 85% or 90% voter turnout at each election. Please ask everyone you know to always vote and to use these rules when they vote:

Do you?

And, I’m not sorry for repeating myself.

HEAR YE! HEAR YE! HEY AMERICA, WE CAN’T GET WASHINGTON’S ATTENTION TO GET THEM TO DO THEIR JOB WHEN ONLY ½ THE VOTERS VOTE. THAT’S THE SAME AS TELLING WASHINGTON WE AREN’T REALLY THAT CONCERNED ABOUT HOW WELL THEY DO THEIR JOB! THAT SHOULD BE OBVIOUS BY NOW. WE WILL GET THE ATTENTION OF WASHINGTON IF 85% OR 90% OF THE VOTERS VOTE. PLEASE!

Imagine the mandate the voters send Washington if voter turn out is around 85% or 90%, instead of around 50% or 55%. A sleeping giant just woke up and is ready to clean house.

Remember, freedom of speech includes your duty and the privilege to ALWAYS VOTE!

    • You’re correct. More folks needed to listen. On some things, as always,
the old saying is true… “You’re never a prophet in your own homeland.”
